If you are currently enrolled in Pacific Premier Business Online Banking, review the information below to understand critical information and important actions to take in preparation of the transition of your online accounts and services on January 26, 2026.

You will automatically be enrolled in: Columbia Commercial Online Banking
Note your current Pacific Premier Business Online Banking username and password You will need your existing business online banking company ID, user ID and password to log into Columbia Bank’s Commercial Online Banking system for the first time beginning January 26, 2026. If you do not know one or more of these contact Client Services at 1-855-343-4070 today so you have them, otherwise you will not be able to login for the first time without assistance. |

This information mails in early January 2026 and will help guide you through your first login to our Columbia Commercial Online Banking system.
Critical Dates
Prior to January 20, 2026
First-time login instructions mailed in blue envelopes.
January 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT
Pacific Premier Business Online and mobile banking will be unavailable.
Beginning January 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT
Log into Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking at columbiabank.com.
Digital Transition Checklist
To help ensure a smooth online banking transition, we recommend you do the following prior to January 23, 2026:
Ensure you have access to your current multi-factor authentication method for logging in.
You need access to your existing multi-factor authentication method for logging into Columbia Bank’s Commercial Online Banking starting January 26, 2026. Multi-factor authentication method includes one of the following: Hard tokens that includes a physical device that sends unique time-based code, or soft tokens that sends a time-based code to your mobile app. If you are unsure about what your multi-factor authentication method is, contact Client Services at 1-855-343-4070 today.
Note your current Pacific Premier Bank Business Online Banking company ID, user ID and password.
You will need your existing business online banking company ID, user ID and password to log into Columbia Bank’s Commercial Online Banking system for the first time beginning January 26, 2026. If you do not know one or more of these contact Client Services at 1-855-343-4070 today so you have them, otherwise you will not be able to login for the first time without assistance.
Release ACH batches with an effective date of January 26, 2026 or prior by 4:00 p.m. PT on January 23, 2026.
Only ACH items with an effective date of January 26, 2026 or prior should be sent using Pacific Premier Business Online Banking. Use Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking to schedule batches with an effective date of January 27, 2026 and beyond.
Business Online Banking Administrators: Remove inactive users from Pacific Premier Business Online Banking by January 23, 2026.
Columbia charges for users in Commercial Online Banking – ensure you aren’t paying for users that are inactive. Also ensure that you have no recurring transactions approved by the inactive user prior to removing them, otherwise you will also delete the recurring transaction.
Backup your Quicken or QuickBooks data and complete a final transaction download by 4:00 p.m. PT on January 23, 2026.
This ensures your data is current when reactivating Quicken or QuickBooks to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.
Download or save loan transaction history prior to January 23, 2026.
Loan history will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system.
Note recurring transfers including scheduled loan payments in Pacific Premier Business Online Banking prior to January 23, 2026.
Recurring transfers including scheduled loan payments that were created in Pacific Premier’s Business Online Banking will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. You will need to set them up beginning January 26, 2026. Any payments scheduled to occur between January 23–26 will not process.
Save contacts within Zelle®.
You will need to re-enroll in Zelle® and add your contacts through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. Zelle® also offers a convenient way to do this through your device’s contact list.
Download or print international payment transaction history, trade confirmations and statements from the Pacific Premier Trade Connect system.
These will not transition to the ColumbiaXchange system.
Download history from your current Remote Deposit Capture service.
History will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system.
Ensure you have your first-time login instructions.
You will receive a copy of first-time login instructions in the mail by January 20, 2026.

You will no longer be able to use the Mobile Deposit function within Pacific Premier’s Business mobile app. |

You will be automatically un-enrolled from Zelle®, disconnecting your Pacific Premier Bank-linked mobile numbers and email addresses.

You will be un-enrolled and will need to re-enroll with Columbia Bank.
Quicken/QuickBooks
Activity must be downloaded prior to 4:00pm PT on January 23, 2026, and reconnected following the transition.
Check Positive Pay, Payee Match and Reverse Positive Pay
You will need to take several actions for Positive Pay.
ACH Services
You will need to update the bank name and routing number.
Remote Deposit Capture
Will automatically transition over with limited changes.
Mobile App
You will need to download the Columbia Mobile app.
eStatements
Requires re-enrollment.
Business Bill Pay
Will automatically transition over with limited changes or actions.
ACH Positive Pay
Will automatically transition over with limited changes.
Wires – Commercial Online Banking
Update the routing number effective January 26, 2026.
TradeConnect – International Wires
You will need to take several actions to send international wires through ColumbiaXchange.
Transaction History
With the exception of loan history, all history and check images will automatically transition.
Administration & Secondary Users
All user entitlements and preferences will remain.
Treasury Management Lockbox
Will automatically transition over with limited changes.
Courier Service
Will automatically transition over with no changes.
Reporting & SFTP Transmissions
Will automatically transition over with limited changes.
First-Time Login
You will login to Columbia Commercial Online Banking. First-time login instructions will be available in January 2026.
