What You Need to Know

Paper statement fees on your new Columbia Bank account may be incurred if you do not re-enroll. Refer to the details of your new account type. Once enrolled, you will begin receiving the mandatory Statement Available alert, which notifies you when a statement is available for an account.

Instructions will be available in January of 2026.
