What You Need to Know

SFTP Transmissions will continue without interruption: SFTP transmissions, services including ACH, ACH Return Reports, Check Positive Pay, Remote Image Capture-ICL X9, BAI and Lockbox will continue to be available with your current connection at transition. You will be contacted to establish new login credentials and to test a new SFTP connection soon after the transition.

The same types of reports will be available: You will continue to have access to the same types of reports you utilize today.

Export types will remain the same: You will be able to export reports in BAI2, PDF, CSV and Intuit Web Connect formats.

EDI Reporting: ACH EDI Reporting will be delivered within Commercial Online Banking Special Report Download (PDF) or ACH Fraud and Reporting (for CSV and other export options), replacing the FedReporter email received today.

ACH Return Reports: Customers receiving SFTP will continue to receive reports.

BAI saved reports are unique to each Commercial Online Banking user: A new BAI user will be created to add saved reports to assist with ease of creating reports. BAI reporting delivery time is 7:00 a.m. PT on business days.
