Backup or download recent activity. We highly recommend downloading or backing up your most recent activity prior to 5:00 p.m. PT on Friday, January 23, 2026 to help ensure your activity is up to date prior to the start of the transition. Instructions will be available in January of 2026.
Reconnect and reactivate your Quicken/QuickBooks to Columbia’s Personal Online Banking.
- Web Connect and Online: Instructions will be available in January of 2026.
- Express Web Connect: Instructions will be available in January of 2026.
Find an alternative solution for Direct Connect: Direct Connect is not currently available in Columbia’s Personal Online Banking. Your current Direct Connect Service will be disconnected on January 23, 2026. You may use Web Connect or Express Connect as an alternative.
