January 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PT: Existing card alerts will be unavailable.

January 26, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT: Setup card alerts using Card Controls through Columbia’s Personal Online Banking system.

What You Need to Do

Re-establish Card Alerts: You will need to re-establish any card alerts through Columbia’s Personal Online Banking system. Instructions will be available in January of 2026.

Similar alerts: You’ll enjoy many of the same alerts as you do today.
